Justin Bieber was just endeavoring to act his age within a Vancouver laser tag arena...games and everything.

Taking Bieber's side, Erica Hill of the "Early Show" says that "Bieber was attempting to be just a typical teen, playing laser tag at an arena in Vancouver." She also adds that this is the first time that Bieber has strayed from what seems to be a fairly clean record since the time of his discovery in 2008.

Dylan Howard of RadarOnline.com relates that Bieber went to enjoy the place with a group of around 12 people once the boy cornered him and relentlessly shot at Bieber. When told to stop, the boy taunted Bieber, more than once, with a gay slur which provoked Bieber to retaliate with a punch.

According to TMZ.com, Bieber related to his friends how hurtful such remarks could be. Bieber is not gay but he plans to voice out his side in public in support of the fight against issues of bullying and homophobia that were raised with the recent weeks' headlines on several gay teen suicides.

Bieber's two-year singing career has been glittered with platinum albums in the US charts and hits included in the top ten lists of several countries. His "Baby" video is considered as the most-viewed video in YouTube ever, surpassing Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance."

mountain goat rangers get stuck

A mountain goat that fatally gored a hiker, then stood across man and stared at people seeking help, had shown aggressive behavior some time ago, Olympic National Park officials said Monday.

Robert Boardman, 63, of Port Angeles, died Saturday after he was attacked by the goat while hiking in regards to the subalpine Switchback Trail neighborhood. The trail is liked residents of nearby Port Angeles, basically about 85 miles west of Seattle.

Park rangers later found the goat, observed blood into it and shot the dog.

Rangers happen to have been tracking the goat as well as others for the past four years for the reason that have followed people or approached hikers without backing down, said park spokeswoman Barb Maynes.

Like having it . fond memories of terrorizing his sister having a "lightsaber" made out of PVC pipe, Hopefully to my affection for Transformers to my children.

Yet when my first child celebrated her first birthday last month, I resisted the impulse to embellish the dessert with Ewoks, Jawas or maybe the decapitated head of Jango Fett.

Instead, we went with my wife's idea: "ladybugs."

Fair enough. My daughter provides a book about ladybugs that she'll stare at for the full just a few seconds before inserting it in her mouth - the child equal of research.

Halloween can be an entirely different occasion, though.

It is the one day of the year reserved for indulging your inner geek - or, if you're 29 inches tall and can't argue, your father's inner geek.

All of which is to say that I've spent the past few weeks in search of the perfect Star Wars costume for someone who will likely resent me for it later.

Yoda is an option. The Jedi master is tiny, after all. He also often speaks like someone who's just beginning to grasp the concept of language.

Princess Leia, however, is my top choice - and not just because she would give me an excuse to dress up as Darth Vader (spoiler: Leia is Vader's daughter!).

Leia is also a positive female role model: tough, smart and capable of fending off the advances of "bad boys" who keep giant, vicious dogs as pets - at least until the sequel, when she warms to both Han Solo and Chewbacca.

My wife, who doesn't know Return of the Jedi from Revenge of the Sith, objects.

She points out that I don't even like the most recent movies. (That's true, but Star Wars fans are nothing if not dedicated masochists).

And, yes, the Leia "hair buns" we've seen are cute, but they're also hot, bulky and possibly the inciting factor in a life spent collecting closets of merchandise and attending fan conventions.

Said the LeGrand family into the statement: "You want to say appreciate it to everyone its your prayers, kind words, and well wishes. We appreciate every last thought. Eric is within good spirits and we are praying for one full recovery."

Rutgers coach Greg Schiano, who broke what is the news of LeGrand's injury to his team shortly before resuming its typical Sunday activities, spent the night with LeGrand at the hospital.

"Eric's spirits were as good as you could expect and he was cognizant of me being there great mom and everybody," Schiano said. "I saw him before surgery and after surgery, and he's a fighter."

LeGrand fell to the ground and never moved after colliding helmet-first into Army's Malcolm Brown through a 22-yard kick return with five minutes to play in the fourth quarter of Rutgers' 23-20 overtime win at New Meadowlands Stadium.

Replays showed LeGrand running at full speed before he drove his helmet into a full-steaming Brown at the 25-yard line. Both players flopped immediately towards the turf, but as Brown got up, LeGrand was motionless. His legs hovered slightly off the ground, and his arms appeared limp as he tried to lift his head to no avail.

Rutgers medical personnel, including head trainer David McCune, sprinted to LeGrand within seconds. Equally fast came Schiano, who quickly dropped to his knees to tend to his fallen player.

The 6-foot-2, 275-pound LeGrand laid motionless on the turf for roughly seven minutes before being lifted onto a backboard regarding his head and body immobilized. He was carted off the field to an ambulance, which transported him to Hackensack University Medical Center.

As mentioned in ABC.com Rex Arboleda is ‘Originally from the Philippines, father and mother located America to make their loved ones an increased life. Rex Arboleda may be a music teacher who started an opportunity that encourages his students to “move in the groove” small company isn't always fight childhood obesity.’

Well, true to form, enter Ty Pennington to take care of that! But last night it wasn’t just Ty and his army of awesome workers, he brought along a small amount dancing star power to help out! Dancing with the Stars cast members Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, Tony Dovolani, Anna Trebunskaya and Chelsie Hightower were all there to help with the extreme makeover!

So not only does the ‘Move to the Groove’ founder get an incredible home makeover, complete with a dance studio in the basement, but The Kimberly-Clark company donates a year’s supply of their products and also provide a $100,000 college fund for the kids.

Wow, I love that show. Not only does it make you feel really great for the families who receive the incredible home makeovers, but you learn about some really great programs at the same time. Move to the Groove sounds like an awesome initiative. So did you watch Extreme Makeover last night?

Antonio Margarito is probably setting himself up for success by training harder than he ever has his entire life, but if Pacquiao has been to fall on November 13, a great number of it would be as a consequence of is own doing- or undoing if you desperately want specifically.

Although it's not time to hit the panic button just yet as Pacquiao will be headed back to the Wild Card Gym in Hollywood on October 23 where he can focus inside the strictly enforced isolated confines of Freddie Roach's famed facility, it's understandable why even the most faithful of Pacquiao fans are beginning to worry.

Margarito is naturally bigger and stronger. And against bigger guys, 'The Tijuana Tornado' has proven that he is one tough hombre'. The Mexican is on a mission to claim his redemption after falling from grace from the illegal hard wrap controversy that momentarily put his career in limbo. Have you ever had a near-death experience? Surely that's how Margarito feels right now with this gift of a second-chance he is getting in facing boxing's biggest superstar. Expect a fighter who will give it his all like he has nothing to lose.

Michael “Eyedea” Larsen Found Dead

This is rough. First, Huddy 6, now Eyedea. Tragic week. Rapper Michael “Eyedea” Larsen was found dead today at age 28, the opportunity to try no known factor for deathto make the hip-hop freestyle phoneme thus far.

Word of his death came via his mother, Kathy Averill, when she made a post on Facebook earlier today after finding him dead. “It is with great pain and sadness that I tell you my son Mikey (Eyedea) has passed away.”

Expect an update once more details are released.

For those who haven’t heard of him, Eyedea is one of the most respected freestyle spitters in the underground business. He found his fame at the Scribble Jam battle in ’99, as well as HBO’s Blaze Battle in 2000. He went on to release several albums with DJ Abilities in their duo “Eyedea & Abilities,” and some solo work as well.

He’s made frequent cameos in the underground with big names like Aesop Rock and Sage Francis, and forged his unique style with his philosophical and narrative rhyming methods. Tragedy only follows the death of the underground innovator.

As soon as you didn’t must be aware (the majority don’t), today is Sweetest Day. Started by Irish American Herbie Kingston in Cleveland back in 1821, it is mainly celebrated inside the Great Lakes region, and areas of the Northeast Unites states. Some say Sweetest Day was started by candy manufacturers distributing candy to orphans, widows along with the poor. It’s a lot more like a Valentines Day in October, minus the many glitz and glamor. 

Although Sweetest Day has changed over time, it is still each and every to celebrate love. Many new relationships begin on Sweetest Day as confessions of affection manufactured in my ballet shoes. Others may use the day as a second Valentine’s Day and plan romantic trips or weekend get-a-ways. There have been many efforts to turn Sweetest Day to an official holiday, but they have all failed. Many still consider it a “Hallmark Holiday”. There are also other events included in this category: Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Boss’ s Day, Father’s Day, Secretary’s Day etc. Ohio takes the top spot for highest Sweetest Day sales. They are followed by California, Florida, Michigan and Illinois to be in the top 10 for sales on this day. Regardless of how it started, Sweetest Day is today and it’s a time to give gifts and share love with those in your life, friends, family as well as widows, orphans and the poor. If nothing more, Sweetest Day is an excuse to eat candy! Although it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, a little sugar once in a while is healthy for the mind.

Barbara Billingsley, most common as Allow Beaver's picture-perfect matriarch June Cleaver, has died. She was 94.

Billingsley died early Saturday at her Santa Monica, Calif., home, family spokeswoman Judy Twersky said. The actress had dealt with a rheumatoid disease.

"Now i am deeply saddened by the losing of my dear friend and lifetime mentor Barbara Billingsley. Might are now living the hearts of her fans becoming wonderful actress and become remembered by her friends in the form of gracious lady," Beaver co-star Jerry Mathers, who played Billingsley's mischievous son, Theodore "Beaver," told TMZ. "Might be deeply missed by almost all her family, friends, fans many especially by me."

An ancient fashion model, Billingsley started acting in the 1940s, appearing in such films as Three Guys Named Mike, Invaders from Mars and so the Careless Years. She made her TV debut in a very 1952 episode for this Abbott and Costello Show and later appeared by the Lone Wolf, City Detective and Schlitz Playhouse of Stars.

But Billingsley didn't develop into a star until 1957 when she signed to have fun playing the quintessential TV mom, June Cleaver, on CBS' family sitcom Hand it over to Beaver, alongside Mathers, Hugh Beaumont and Tony Dow. CBS canceled the series after one season due to poor ratings. The show then gone after ABC, where it remained for five more years, achieving iconic status due to the portrayal of an idealized American family in suburbia.

Impeccably dressed with her trademark pearls and high heel slides, stay-at-home mom June was dutifully dedicated to her husband, Ward (Beaumont), and regularly dispensed advice to her sons, "Beaver" and Wally (Dow).

"Barbara was a patient advisor and teacher," Mathers said. "She helped me along this challenging journey through life by showing me the significance of manners, and respect for others."

Typecast as the perfect mother, Billingsley took a prospect from acting marriage ceremony show ended. She poked fun her wholesome image in the 1980 satire Airplane!, playing a passenger who could speak jive.

Billingsley subsequently starred in the 1983 Beaver reunion TV movie, Still the Beaver, and the revival series, The New Leave It to Beaver, which lasted four seasons. In the 1997 film version of Beaver, Billingsley played Aunt Martha. Other credits include Mork & Mindy, Roseanne, Empty Nest and Muppet Babies, on which she voiced Nanny and The Little Train.

Billingsley was married three times, and her last husband died in 1981. She is survived by two sons, three stepchildren and several grandchildren.

"I think after you’ve been in the game provided I have, you can’t take anything for granted," he said. "You have to re-become established. In other news, BET will premiere its "Top 10 Rappers of the 21st Century" tonight at 8PM ET. Hosted by Big Tigger, a panel of judges that includes Jermaine Dupri, DJ Vlad, Boi 1nda, Greg Street and others will debate who are the top ten most influential and skilled rappers of the 21st century.

Prior the debate, BET asked its viewers to decide the top fifteen rappers of the 21st century thus far based on the parameters that the artist released his debut album in 1999 or later. The list chosen by BET's viewers includes 50 Cent, Drake, Eminem, Eve, Fabolous, Game, Gucci Mane, Jadakiss, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Nelly, Rick Ross, T.I. and Young Jeezy. PLUM ISLAND (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - Heavy rain and wind is prompting erosion concerns on Plum Island.

For weeks, crews have always been dredging sand in an attempt to protect the already fragile coastline which includes been slowly falling directly into ocean.

Meanwhile, an enormous dredging project on Plum Island is defined to conclude up today, just in time for the stormy weather.

At this point, the-year project has added about 150 new feet of coastline towards battered island. Some residents fear today's storm works as a set-within the effort.

Emergency crews are stored on standby for fear that flooding occurs.
